Matkewalli

Growing up watching Maa turn every meal into a festival made me fall in love with cooking. Having at least one meal together as a family was a tradition that helped me relax, be present and make memories that I cherish to this day. Spending most of the lockdown alone, made a lot of us realise how much we missed being around the people we love. Home of Matkewalli's first project stemmed from that hunger of being with my family; to encapsulate the same feeling I felt being home through a range of dinnerware that’s fun, playful and makes kids want to come down to the table and enjoy a meal.
